From our's (www.weblogssl.com) point of view, full feeds are way better. Our feed readers certainly prefer them and they don't do any damage to our web audience, all the contrary.
What bothers us, as you already know, is other people taking advantage of our full feeds to republish our content withouth our consent and then plaster their own ads all around them.
So far it's just teenagers than don't know any better, and a couple of know-it-all site owners. But it could well turn into something uncontrollable. In that scenario we would be forced to go back to title-only feeds for all but a few selected aggregators…
